I run a program for the nhl and today there are a lot of games and I'd like to share the numbers. Please keep in mind this is very, very early in the season and the numbers will get much stronger as the season progresses.
The first number I'll list is the selected teams %%% chance to win. Please bear in mind, I am going to list the team that my program selected to win. I would never play the other side, under any circumstance. The 2nd number that u see listed will be a value rating on that play.
TB 70% (+4.00)
Mont 60% (+14.55)
Ott 64% (+13.60)
Flat 55% (-1.25)
NYR 58% (-7.10)
Wash 68% (+5.60)
Det 58% (+7.60)
Nash 65% (-3.25)
Minn 55% (+1.00)
Chi 53% (-22.20)
Dal 62% (+16.40)
Cal 52% (+22.50)
Pitt 65% (+2.00)
Ana 56% (+17.60)
If the team is not listed, I would never play the other side, I also would never play a negative value rating. Example look at Chi/Isles today and see that's clearly a pass. Chi was selected but the value rating was way into the negative. I first focus on every team that carries at least a 60% chance to win.. After this I then look at the value rating, the higher the rating of the plays over 60% will be considered for plays. Notice I have TB with the greatest chance to win today (70%) with a small value rating. As the season progresses, I'm going to play teams with these numbers for 1 unit but its still early in the season. Value players (which I'm not exclusively) could use these numbers in a much different manner.
Back later with tonights plays.
