yes.. .5 in most cases.. I usually always buy points in certain cases.. Dartmouth was just at 11.5 before tip off so I made it 12.. Columbia was 3.5 so I made it +4.. Cornell was -4.5 so I made that -4.. VCU was +1.5 almost all day and made that +2.. sorry I clarified this in my first posts, I should have wrote it down here.. just in a rush..
