Tulane is in town and they brought the ghost of Katrina.
It's raining its ass off and will be at kickoff. The swirling winds in the Liberty bowl will make this under look real good! Memphis has played UCLA in a storm earlier this year , but UCLA could throw---Tulane can't. O/U was 65, now at 63 and will continue to drop. Just sayin---Under is a good investment.
