Attorneys cannot fly anywhere...they can only practice law in the State they are licensed. That is the more hilarious part of this, the scamdicappers would have to HIRE attorneys in the locale of the "offender" in order to initiate a legal action. Do any of you have any idea how much that would cost and how hard it would be to find an attorney (dirtbag) to actually take the case? My attorney laughed endlessly at this when I told him about it. It would START at a cost of $5,000 for him to take a case like this, and a judge would throw it out. A national law firm would charge in the six figures.

Too many of you watch too much mindless bullshit on television.

Whose brilliant idea was It to use letters for Ratings? You really think all these scamdicapers give a shit? Was this done because an 18 year old got a dissent letter? You realize that is a stock letter and a scare Tactic right? You realize it would cost a service a fortune to really Sue someone? You realize they would have to fly their attorneys to the county of where the individual resides to bring action? Who the hell is running this site a bunch of uneducated children now? Bring back Savage this site has jumped the shark with kids.

I just think it's the right thing to do and to be on the "safer side"
And what happens if I get another letter like that or someone else gets one for posting their plays? Then who's fault is it to blame?
It's better safe than sorry but the PlayersInsider letter was not bs it was legit and I have proof if you want it from my emails
Better yet contact them and ask their lawyers (which I never did) about what they are going forward with: 516-412-6306 and ask for Rich

We have gone through this already, it has nothing to do with what happened to Conley. Said it before and called out everything that the Fake lawyer said to the kid.

it's totally something different. Maybe the timing was suspect, but it's not that.
