Lobos have a questionable defense and Boise has an AP ranking.. Boise top corner is suspended for the first half however... Haven't heard of anything going on down there. If I hear anything I'll pass it along

no new injuries or suspensions as of now.. Here's why the line is moving-
1) a bunch of radio guys and "cappers" are giving out Boise this morning
2) Boise has the #5 run defense in the nation

we can bypass #1, lets talk about #2

sure Boise is #5 against the run, but let's look at who they've played. Below is the Boise schedule and where those teams rank in rushing offense-

ULL 56
WSU 78
Ore St 100
Utah St 82

easy to be a top 5 defense when you only play 1 team in the top 75 in the offensive rushing category. On the other side, Boise is 109 v the pass. On the road, short week, preparing for the option.. Many a better team have been in this spot and nevermind covering a number, but had a hard time winning. Is Boise a better team? Yes. Are they far superior? not in my opinion, and not in a spot like this. Guess we'll find out

1) pass defense
2) QB
3) coaching

sometime I wish I was on the sidelines to shake some sense into a head coach. Option is working but they keep trying to let this guy pass.. Which he can't. Defense stuck on field with bad defensive play calling. New mex is outmatched and Outcoached. 6-6 YTD after this embarrassment.. 4 of the 6 losses because of a 2-pt conversion, 2 terrible calls (tonight)., see you guys in the morning for redemption
