Here is the first play. I like Arizona State -5.5. In this game you get to see two of the best players in college hoops when James Harden and Dionte Christmas go at it. Those two will have their usual good games, but I think the difference in the game will be Pendergraph along with Kuksiks and Glasser. The Sun Devils shoot 48% from the field as a team and 36% from three as a team. Kuksiks shoots around 44% from three and Glasser shoots around 40% from three. This is important because not only can Arizona Stat work the inside-and-outside game with Harden and Pendergraph, but they have two deadly shooters that will bury Temple when they try to double up. This matchup will be advertised as Harden vs Christmas, but in my opinion Harden has better teammates. Earlier this year Arizona State played UTEP (currently in another postseason tournament) and was going against a huge scorer in Stefon Jackson (24.3 PPG) and they held him to 1-12 FG from the field. It also doesn't hurt that Temple comes in OFF 3 SUATS Wins while Arizona State is OFF an ATS Loss with some other parameters that make it pop.

The next play might alienate some people. All I here is that Marquette sucks without Dominic James. I've heard it at least a hundred times in the past few weeks. Obviously, this team is not as good without Dominic James, but if you listen to some people they act this team shouldn't even be in the tournament. The line in this game opened up at 7 and is now down to 4.5 Let's take a very close look at Marquette's slump recently where they have dropped 5 out of 6. The five losses were to Connecticut, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, and Villanova. They also played St. John's during that span and only won by 29 points without the great Dominic James. Utah State comes in with a massive 30-4 record, but in my opinion they are nothing more than a bully after beating up on cupcakes most of the year and losing to teams like BYU, St.Mary's, Nevada, and Boise State. Only one of those teams is or was in the tournament and that is BYU who got smoked today by Texas A&M. As mentioned earlier, Marquette has usually been playing the Big East Elite lately since the James injury and Utah State has not. I just think Marquette is at a higher-class level and they have a huge athletic ability edge even without the great Dominic James.

The third and final game will be Dayton +9. I love the way this team plays defense and just like in football I love a defensive dog getting 7+. Furthermore, their defense was off last game against high-flying up-and-down the court Duquesne so I expect them to bounce back. In my opinion, West Virginia is still milking the line from their Pittsburgh win a few games back and that has inflated the number some. It should also be noted that earlier in the year Dayton did play a Big East team and it was against Marquette and the great Dominic James. They ended up beating them by 14 points. I think Dayton will slow this game down and just hang around and then hang around some more. I'll take the points.

Love Marquette for same reasons. I felt like I was reading my own thoughts.

I"m sure some Utah State backers will play the location angle, but I'm hoping Marquette runs them out of the gym just to quiet the ESPN gurus.

I'm a die-hard WVU fan and current student and I agree with this play whole-heartedly. This is going to be a solid defensive battle and I don't see either team ever having a 7-10 lead. Only concern for Dayton backers is if Ruoff and Butler start getting hot, the three ball will be raining. However Huggins has been trying a lot more to run the pain with Smith, Ebanks, and K. Jones.

That will work. That would be a win-win situation for both of us.

Finished 2-1 ATS for the day after Dayton comes through
Now 28-18 in Postseason and 67-57 YTD
Good comeback for the day after Marquette blew a big lead in the first game and cost me a cover. Back later tonight for Saturday's games.
