Some would think a much superior Boston team would have little or no problems with the undermanned Timberwolves. Not the case. The defending NBA champs went 2-0 versus the T-Wolves in 07-08, however, those victories consisted of a 2pt win in Minny as a 5.5pt fave and a stunning 1pt win at home as a 14pt fave. Due to the obvious connections between these teams, I expect this one to be another barn burner. Take the T-Wolves +6.5

Im still unsure of Boston. Will they have more letdowns after big wins this year or run though everyone all season. Might sit this one out.

Thanks for the feedback. Good point. However, Garnett DID play in the 1pt win (as 14pt chalk) at TD Bank....so.....

the only thing i dont like about this game is that MIN has been getting beat on the boards all season. BOS can expose that. i surprised its not a dd spread, but maybe thats what odds makers want us to think after the blowout last night. should be easy for BOS to cover this line, right?

You said exactly what I was thinking last night....when I logged on to donbest.com, my initial thought was Bos -10.5.....without a doubt this game was screaming to me me double digit line...

Here are some things to consider. Boston played "up" last night to kind of remind Det (after beating Cleveland the night before) that "hey, we get that you beat Cleveland last night, but we are still the top dog in the east."

Look for not as much of a let down tonight, but a poor effort against an inferior team....

Let's see how this one turns out...

let down for sure, but also the most any celtic played was 28 mins. they should have a lot of energy left. i have no clue now.
