Yesterday was devoid of the drama we've come to associate with March Madness except for a near-miss by Belmont.
Seems the trend of a dull first day is followed by high drama on day two.

Several juicy mid-major matchups to start the day and some big guns starting their march as well.

0-7 to end the day Thursday. Time for a new strategy, and it includes Jack Daniels.

GB,
Here's my card so far:

Clem/Nova OVER
W. KY +4.5
UCONN/USD OVER
Arky ML
GTown Under
Gonz. ML
S. ALA +4
USD +11.5
and a 4-team chalk ML

Added Gonz for 2nd half as well, probably bet a few more as the day goes on.

Sometimes you don't mind as much when you lose a bet. Losing with the underachieving Zags didn't hurt as much after watching that performance by Curry.

I can't believe W. Kentucky is on the verge of blowing this...

How can they call a charge there, ridiculous.

First OT game of the tourney, last thing I wanted at this point with the points.

I guess we now know Fishhead is at the game, apparently he is the ref that made the call on that play. Only logical think I can think of.

If W.K-Y doesn't cover this game, I'm going to need Steak to pass the wine.:toast:

well I'm ready for the buzzer beater...assuming the position.

Why didn't I just take the damn points.

another questionable foul call. Ball is loose, I didn't see anything obvious at this CRITICAL juncture.

Wasn't a charge--it was a pushoff with the right arm--look again and it was

yeah there was a slight push off. Slight. You don't make that call with seconds remaining and a tied ball game. Not to mention the guy who flopped also grabbed the guy's jersey a moment earlier.

It was a bad call.
