phillies finally got the bats going...but damn yanks are putting the hurt on right now.....rain might wash away the 2-0 deficit in STL as well....

geesh, if it wasnt so costly this would almost be funny....I need 1 run in the Stl/Pitt game a couple nights ago, for a really big night....STL loads the bases with 0 outs, and they cant score off Capps....he just turns into Cy Young all of a sudden and mows them down...tonigth he comes in with 1-0 lead in 9th, and proceeds to blow the game and give up 3 runs....its almost laughable....he couldnt be scored on with bases loaded and no outs but tonight, he's lit up...

Went 2-1 instead of 3-0. Actually watched that whole thing transpire in the 9th a couple of nights ago and am still pissed.

well it just keeps getting worse for me....now Philly manages to blow a 2 run 9th inning lead, to a pathetic team with a closer who had 0 BLOWN SAVES last year.....

amazing......

i'm really starting to wonder if it will turn around this year....just seems to be the same every day, no matter what i do....i have the lead in at least 60-70% of the games each day it seems, but they cant hold em....but if i get behind, my teams have no rally....

well i'll take back one of my whines as one of my teams actually did rally for a big win, the Yanks came back against a very good closer, and got the win, for the fav play of the day...that helps.....and i can feel for the Minny backers, u have a nice dog with a great closer on the mound, and CANT get it done....bullpens are for the birds this year.

I'll tell you what, bucs. I have the MLB package and watch alot of baseball every night, and the bullpens are just terrible. I don't understand why the relievers are so bad now. Maybe because the starting pitching sucks so bad that they do not get enough rest? :think2:

Try playing only the first 5 innings.

i know that sounds like the solution Highfly, but that didnt seem to work for me either....my teams would get the lead in the 6th inning, or lose it in the 5th...just didnt seem to work any better for me......

but it does make sense, you are right..
