Did you check each start? point being Lackey for instance could have allowed 3 runs in 1 start, 1 run in another ( total 4) and zero in 9 starts which would be 18%

pretty sure he means that he allowed atleast 1 run in 4 of 11 starts .

i use bookmaker/cris exclusively. they offer these on every game except for doubleheaders.

it doesn't get more reliable than them.
