I do to but I doubt it. The majority of the public is on Fresno and keeping a line at 3 1/2 still makes the late Fresno betters feel "safe" with the hook.

Rutgers plays well at home, especially against non-conference. I've been to their games, it gets wild. Loss of Ray Rice is pretty big tho.
