i ran out of memory the other day, is there a model with more memory, or a way to expand my firetv?

i have regular cable and every Chanel seems to have an app that me or someone in my house uses every so often.

Reset your box back to factory specs. Will clear up that issue and rid you of any unwanted files. Your box will run like a brand new box again, but you'll also need it reprogrammed at the same time.
