Anyone know of any good sites to find free ringtones?

Check your phone because most newer phones that play MP3s allow you to pick a song and make it your ringer. And there are some good free ringtone makers that will let you cut up an MP3 so you can make it ringer friendly.

got to love good old ROGERS up here in Canada, they BRAND the phones so even if the phone has the capability of doing this, ROGERS BRANDED phones de-activate the feature.

Of course you can DE-BRAND the phone, but you might be asking for problems if you do.....

I had a the Rogers Sony Erricson, if you go to the sony site there is a ringtone maker you can use that will allow you to use any ringer.

Yes, myxer.com is a nice one & I assume you're downloading them from the site right from your phone?

I have a Palm Pre and download the ring tones straight to my computer. I think connect my Pre to my computer and transfer the songs through USB.

AFAIK, the Pre can't download the songs directly from Myxer.

You should be okay, but check with AT&T to make sure.

There is a program that is free call tone this. Basically you take a song off your computer and it texts it to your phone for free. Then you just save it as a ringtone.
