Carl Everett has choked everytime I have seen him hit so far. Has he got a hit yet? I was thinking he shoud of got a day off after the trade and just met up with the team in Tampa. I couldn't believe he flew from a night game at Anaheim, to a night game in Chitown, to Tampa Bay the next day. Ole' Carl needs a day off. Tell Jerry to let the man get some rest.

this team sucks. carl everett and jose valentin have to be the worst starting center fielder/shortstop combo (defensively) in baseball. everett's only been in town for a week and i have seen at least 4 balls drop in front of him that an average cf would have caught.

Goodwin is playing well, the Cubs have bigger problems (3b, bullpen). I wouldn't want Lofton. The Sox' problems all start and end with Manuel. If I were a Sox fan, I would vote for them to lose the next 3 games so they can get a new manager at the all-star break.
