This site HAS ALWAYS allowed that shit to go on every week. EVERY TIME there is a GOOD capper on here, they run them off! It's the way it's always been, it's the way it will always be!!!!!!!
I am guessing that since he is a tout, he went too far in dealing with other posters here and thus was banned. If he did, indeed, then the ban is justified.
