It depends on the lady. If she's attractive then she'll probably still be attractive,
even with a gross looking spread of freckles. By covering them up nicely with
makeup, i think that would make your girl look even more attractive.

Facial frekles, in and of themselves, can be kind of cute, i guess, or quite ugly.
A 20 YO hot ho i was with a few years ago looked pretty inspite of a few spots.
