Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Gore is joining the Colts on a three-year deal worth $12 million, with $7.5 million guaranteed.


Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports compared the reported deal in Indianapolis to the one Gore was considering in Philadelphia:

Who are the Colts taking in the 1st round? Right tackle is still a need. A 5 technique end is a need. Need a receiver.

I don't think they have to grab a receiver in the first. Luck will make anyone a good receiver in time. Although with no Wayne now to free up help it's going to get a bit harder. I like that they've resigned butler and added Trent to the pass rush I hope they continue to work on improving the D honestly. We need another Dwight who can rush from the outside . Hau'Oli Kikaha maybe ? If he passes med . He's prob the most like a freeny with his pass rush ability and size.

I never know what they are going to do come draft day. Unless of course you count 98 and '12

I think they go O line or D Line in the first.

Still need a receiver at some point even if signing Andre Johnson. Only buys a couple years and typically receivers take longer to develop. With Luck almost entering him prime in the next couple of years, would like to have something in place.
