Chris Johnson is looking for a new home.
FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo reports that former Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson is visiting the New York Jets, who are looking to add a playmaker to their backfield.
Johnson was released by the Titans last Monday. The former 2,000-yard rusher is meeting with the team at its facility Tuesday.
The Jets would like Johnson to team with Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell to form a potentially potent trio.
Johnson, who turns 29 in September, is only the sixth player to rush for 1,000 yards in each of his first six seasons.
