Foreign Check Cashout Problems, Please Read

Well, the last time I had a problem with a sportsbook this seemed to be a good option. I AM NOT BASHING ANY BOOK!!!

I recently made a Fedex Withdrawal from Pinn. My bank flagged the check immediately as foreign. This was my first time to go through this with a bank and so far I have paid $45 in collection fees for this check. With no promises to be paid although I don't see a problem with a Pinnacle check clearing.

I was just wondering if there are other books out there that don't send foreign checks. I have not had a problem with Hollywood checks, are there any others with normal checks.

what kind of bank charges 45 bucks to collect a foreign check...these banks and their fees...unreal

I'd find a new bank...

Reminds me of a horror story a few years back.... I deposited a check that was sent from offshore in foreign currency into my bank..It was for like 3 dimes from what I remember...

The bank gives me credit for it after a week or so, I even called to make sure it had cleared ...Two weeks later they take it back and tell me it will take 45 days to cash (if it cashes at all) :nopityA:

Well, Wells Fargo charged $10 for it. The check was written in my name and could be paid to me through Bank of America. Bank of America charges $35 to process a check that is foreign. I hope the check goes through!

You probably should change banks... to be safe

Just a word to the wise, that guy Trauman who was busted for Internet wagering in the Dakotas used Wells Fargo. From what I can tell, he is pretty sure Wells Fargo gave his name to the local authorities. I would probably use another bank for offshore transactions.
