I say pay our own damn bills first. If people want to donate, great, Warren Buffet and Bill Gates are sending nearly 100 Billion of their own money to fight poverty, but I don't think the US GOV should open the piggy bank for shit we can't afford.

The worst part isn't that Obama wants for us to spend 3% of our budget to give foreign aid to Africa ( we also send 3 billion per year to Israel to help defend themselves), but that we will be borrowing money to do that!
It isn't bad enough that we keep 97% of our created wealth, but that we will be creating bonds, and indebting ourselves to China to pay for foreign aid we can't afford to Africa and Israel.
