Why do you humor the frauds and bullshitters in the baseball forum by wishing them luck? Being a mod I would'nt expect you to flame them but I certainly would think you would ignore them. Could it be you think they actually have thousands in action on a daily basis? Do you really think these posters can put 5 or 10k in action after three straight losing days? Do you believe there is such a thing as a 50 star play? If not why would you thank a poster for posting one? IMO the sports forums are a ABSOLUTE JOKE, Full of wannabes playing with monopoly money. Humoring them with pats on the back and well wishes does'nt help the credibility of the forum or it's mods.
Before you respond please save me your love and peace bullshit the sports forums should be for serious grownups, living on the planet earth, playing with real money.

Instead of giving these guys pats on the ass and thanking them for their 8+plays a day including a 50 star play why not some constructive critism. Maybe a little advice on money mgt or how about a phone number to their local GA Meeting

Dicky - Funny cuz I asked Judge sorta the same thing in the NBA forum..I post plays in there from time to time and occasionally Judge will come in and wish me good luck...I had a feeling he did this only cuz he liked the other side...sort of his smart ass way of saying he hopes you lose...He has not responded yet though...

admitedly, as much as i like this site, quality in the sports forums has plumeted since last year when i first came upon the rx, i also firmly believe most of the sports forum material is planted by bookmakers.

When i came onboard, the big complaint was clean up the sports forums, they are for kids the way they are with the bashing & flaming.

We cleaned them up. Look good now.

My big question is if you RR'ers think you are so God Damned special & good at capping, then why the **** do you not get up there in the sports forums & show everyone how it is done?

I like to look at all posters & see what they are doing. It also adds to moderating as i get a feel for the posters. I like to wish others well. I do not see a problem with this. I have done it for yeats before i came to The Rx @ freewinners.com

I get far many more thanks than complaints.

I think this evolves around MFG. I like him as much as any. He is a poster in a forum. Ride him, fade him, he is a poster. Do with him what you want.

Some just cant stand the fact that he may get some attention.

Like most following him are going to wager 50 units with him. LMAO

cleaning up the sports forums is a good thing, imo some room should be given to more constructive criticism in the sports forums, i for once post mainly in the soccer forum as soccer handicapping is 90% of my betting, and i feel right now the soccer forum is undoubtedly one of the most serious and profitable forums of the rx, if not the most, it does discourage someone though to post at the other forums if all the goys and locks can and do go unchallenged. Internet forums, as everything else, have their ups and downs, highs and lows, which is only natural, right now the handicapping forums are on a low, which is not as bad if you consider that across the street they are just about to become extinct all together.

There was a poster named "Biff's Almanac" who picked about 58% winners at college hoops for almost the entire season and you let the idiots run him out of here. So why SHOULD someone pick winners in an open forum when doing so only makes them a target for jealous morons who couldn't pick a winner to save their lives?
