Isn't this very similar to the scam where at least one poster got taken for big bucks?? Do NOT be taken in by some anonymous guy with a yahoo email address cherry picking people who have been stiffed for a bailout at "a friend's" book!!

minnow - I agree 100%. Anyone taking this up has to use their own judgement. May be worth a shot for those who were screwed out of big bucks by Apex though.

Remember the guy who got "bailed out" by the fake Heritage offer? I wouldn't trust this guy for a second.

This was Russ's first warning about it.

Seems Heritage never offered a bailout and someone actually western unioned the money to who he thought was heritage. Now the person has requested his money and been denied because they are saying he was never a player there.
