well did a little digging, and talked to some people I know from the campus and found out Dorf's accuser is your typical little party whore. In fact she has been slammed by Arinze, and used to date a member of the Buffalo basketball team. Strange a 6'3 man supposedly slugs some girl in the face yet she has no marks? Well the DA is not pressing charges, but apparently the case is under judicial review, and since Devo is on probation there is a good change he will be suspended no thanks to some little skank who has a history of being used as a slam pig. Awesome
way to many rumors that Devondorf will be suspended for the year. He met last Thursday with the student judicial board. It was said a decision would be made in 5 business days. Many blogs are leaking rumors that he has been suspended for the year, but nothing has been publicized because they are appealing the ruling.
This would be a huge blow to Syracuse if this indeed is true. I will personally be stalking this little attention whore out. The little sluts gets ran through by the whole basketball team, and now is looking for more attention by pressing charges. The fact is there wasn't enough evidence so the DA wouldn't even press charges to begin with. It's total bull shit a student judicial board can make such a decision if the DA didn't find enough evidence to pursue anything.
No matter how much you hate Devndorf the fact is this basketball team needs him. He will give you 15 a night, and take some of the ball handling obligations away from Johnny Flynn. He is an excellent 3 point shooter that can stretch the defenses and has valuable experience. SU can't afford to lose his ball handling b/c some stupid attention whore didn't like the way she got fucked by Arinze.
