Is anyone else annoyed by the number of flags on each play? I can barely watch it anymore. After every play you just have to almost think there will be a flag. If your team stops them you just assume there is a flag and wait. The form tackle yesterday that was called targeting on the Texas Tech player took the cake for the worst ever. If that is what football is now then I really don't care to watch it. Just go to flag football and take the helmet away. I know they are worried about lawsuits. Just have the players sign a waiver that injuries are part of the game and they can't sue. You would think that playing a sport that has a helmet would be a chance to be dangerous. Let them play The game is officially pathetic.
"Personal fou" on New Orleans to keep the New York driver going. The announcer said "good call, you can't go low and the defender went below the knees" Ok, so you can't go low, you can't hit high...where in the hell are you supposed to hit someone? Every defender has to (in full speed) think about where they will hit someone so that they don't get penalized. And even if they do hit them in the "right place" there is still a 90% chance that they will still get a penalty. Just take their fucking helmets off and play flag football. I am convinced that the NFL (National Flag League) just wants the attention and keep the flags flying to get the games to go how they want them. it is an absolute joke.
