i know that its a little early to start this thread since the game is on tuesday night but if anyone wants to make money........

GO WITH FLORIDA...
I mean if there is even such a term as "making the books pay" !!!!
do it and take florida... the spread will be -7.5 to -9 maybe even -11

i dont even care about the spread..make it -15...i know this florida team will run the Little Lions out of the Gym....

let me hear some input......
someone please persuade me from not putting my house on this game...

Penn St is scary cause they are so inconsistent. They can lose by 20 one game and win by 5 the next against the same team. Who knows who shows up... but Ill be interested in the spread regardless for Florida!!

I'm not so sure here. Penn St. does play a pretty good game from a defensive standpoint. At any rate good luck to you sir! BBB

I was going to play the Gators but was shocked to see such a high spread.

I believe this a PSU play or no play. Florida has just not been very good this year imo. Calathes has disappointed at times.

PSU has won at Illinois and Breslin, so it isn't impossible for them to get the win.

Taylor Battle G Prob Tues - Hip - 3/21/09 notesHis hip injury has improved and he is probable for the second round of the NIT against Florida.
Jamelle Cornley F Ques Tues - Shoulder - 3/21/09

---------------

Even if they both play, they can't be 100%.. Man I liked PSU, now I don't know.

Cornley plans return for Penn St. in NIT quarters
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Penn State forward Jamelle Cornley plans to return to the floor for his team's NIT quarterfinal game at Florida.

The senior captain partially separated his left shoulder in a first-round win last week. But Cornley says he's almost 100 percent and wants to play when the Nittany Lions (24-11) take on the Gators at 9 p.m.

Point guard and leading scorer Talor Battle will also play. He says it was a lower back injury that forced him off the floor early in the second round last week, and not a sore hip as coach Ed DeChellis had initially said.

A win would send Penn State to the NIT semifinals next week at Madison Square Garden in New York.

I repeat....PSU is worse with Jamelle Cornley

If anyone of you take PSU tonight.......just be ready to throw your remote at the TV at least 15 times when you either see......Talor Battle throw up a retarded 3.......or if Jamelle Cornley even shoots a foul shot...

PSU only beat Rhode Island because they shot over 60 percent which they usually do at home and Rhode Island drove from Niagara Falls the same night to State College on no rest and a 2 hour night practice.....

This Psu team will get run out of the gym tonight.....

I think Florida wins by 25 if Stanley Jackoff Pringle doesnt have a good night....

i will laugh at anyone who takes PSU and thinks its a smart bet.....there is a reason why this spread is so high....

I like the under as well. Some books it's already up to 138.0, I guess most of the public is on the over. I just can't get that Penn St./Illinois game out of my head. No way I would play an over in a Penn State game.

just to warn everyone.......the line on espn streak is 141.....

i believe Florida dictates the pace of the game...they love the run and gun.....now i think PSU will keep up with the fast pace for the first half since battles pringle and babb love playing that style....but the true colors will come out in the 2nd half when the press and the man of florida will limit open looks for psu....

Watch for Psu big men to not show up tonight.....
Jeff Brooks, Andrew Jones Jr Sr. the 3rd to the fifth power, and Cornley all play terrible away....when i say terrible....i mean terrible....
