Senior citizen Jaromir Jagr scored twice as Florida defeated Minnesota 2-1 last night
for a franchise record winning streak of nine games. Jagr (43 years old) now has 13
goals on the season and 735 for his career.

Can the Panthers keep it going..........................

Jagr seems to enjoy playing for all of the young up and coming stars on the Panthers. They are getting awesome goaltending from both Luongo and Montoya and are on fire. I will ride this streak out until it stops. Next game is tomorrow at Buffalo.

Agree Ken, Robert Luongo's goaltending has been pretty damn strong.

Top 8 in three league categories:
5th in save percentage (.929)
5th in wins (17)
8th in goals against average (2.09)

Luongo made 31 saves last night as Florida defeated Buffalo 5-1 for their 10 straight win. Luongo
is 16-7-2 in 26 career games against the Sabres.

At 24-12-4 (52 pts), the Panthers remain in first place in the Atlantic Division. Florida is off today
and will play Ottawa Thursday.
