sdf you have to look a little deeper IMO. It's not necessarily who has Florida played, but LOOK at HOW Florida has played.
It's one thing to just win, but Florida is winning by a margin that has been seen only a time or two in SEC HISTORY. To win in any league by 30ppg is incredible. What's more impressive? Scoring 49 on UGA? Or holding them to 10pts? Hanging 51 on LSU? or blowing them out on National TV with UGA looming and while LSU was still undefeated before anyone had a lot of questions about them? Or how about the whole picture? Losing a tight, mistake filled game vs OM and then coming out from that ashheap and annihilating every team that gets in your way.
Now for Florida it's not just the SEC title. It's the National Championship. They are as focused as any UF team I have seen since I started following them as a kid in the mid 80s. They have offense AND defense (both admittedly with holes, but that's everyone). What they have that most teams don't have - leadership, deep emotional investment from the players, a professional attitude about practice and games, and key big time players - Harvin, Tebow, Spikes, Pounceys, Cunningham, Jenkins, Black, etc.
If UF beats Bama in Atlanta, people will jsut say Bama was overrated and UF still hasn't played anyone.
UF and Bama have played the same teams and other than OM, has looked a hell of a lot better than Bama in almost all of those games, and especially in the last 5-6 weeks.
