Can't help but envision this one as a really tough spot for Lightning to have their full energy and focus

Nov 12 AT FLORIDA

Nov 13 Detroit

Nov 16 at Carolina


Coming off of Caps and with Wings on next night in a "3rdin4", I think we have a good spot for Panthers.

Florida will be playing first game Home following their west coast roadie, but with two days off in between. Panthers since beginning of last season are 10-10 when playing Home After Away with rest - and 3-4 when that game is with 2+ days off.

TBay in same time span is 6-15 when playing Away After Away

I'll revisit this Topic following the game at Washington

Bolts not only in potential flat spot, but simply in a spot that has not been kind to them going back to beginning of last season

Playing Away following an Away Loss, they're 3-13 (1-1 so far this year)

Panthers are playing first game Home After a road trip, but they've been one team that's relatively a better club in this role than their overall record.

Going back to beginning of last season, Florida is 10-10 when playing Home After Away with at least one day off (2-1 so far this season).

That's a stronger W/L than their overall record during same time period.

Note that within these same 20 games, the Floridas only beat the -1.5 three times.

We're dropping a full sawbuck on the FLA -120
