They are in a spat due to Fisher telling Dickerson he was banned from the sidelines for his criticism of Fisher and the Rams. I believe Fisher denies this, but acknowledged they got into it over the phone. Dickerson has been very vocal about Fisher and the performance of the team. Something along those lines....

To my understanding Dickerson just feels like Fisher is an anchor to the organization, that there are better candidates that could be brought in, Erics puzzled, as others are, by how Fisher (based upon his record, lack of Success over an extended period of time) is permitted to continue as coach.

Rams Response? 2-Year Extension, for Fisher. I think their is an Out for the team, after next season though

so the prevailing belief is that Eric gets his wish.

Only thing Certain is that Fisher it would seem has to have Success next season.

As a HOF player, Dickerson gets sideline access. Dickerson has asked the Rams for additional passes for friends and apparently Fisher has blocked this request because of things Dickerson has said about the organization.

COO of the Rams just happens to be Fisher's agent's son. That may explain why this bum got that unwarranted extension.

Eric Dickerson has always seemed like he had a few screws loose.

He was probably the worst sideline reporter of all time.
