Close call. Good thing Alabama took the 2nd half off. I like Auburn quite a bit and I thought they could win the SEC in the offseason. Very good team. That being said, they have to be the luckiest sons of bitches ever. They should have lost 2 or 3 games this year but everything just falls into place perfectly and they catch all the breaks.

Playing in tougher conferences will create scares during the season. Competition is alot tougher in these conferences then the WAC ! I know you don't agree, but most do agree with me on this ! I realize your trying to convince yourself that Nevada is a top team , but most of us that are knowledgeable would disagree

There's the SEC and everyone else. No conference compares to the SEC. There isn't too much that separates the WAC and other BCS conferences. SEC is heads and tails above everyone.

PS, I understand what you are saying a bit but you have this silver7 feller trying to discredit Boise by calling Cal an elite defense when they gave up 50+ to Nevada. The WAC has some teams that could win the Pac-10. The Pac-10 has some teams that could win the WAC. I just don't think there is this huge deficit between the conferences this year. The SEC is the only elite conference and the other major BCS conferences are down this season.

I don't believe we are down, it just seems that way because USC is not USC this year. if you want to go by that, then I will agree. Boise could win the Pac 10 if things went their way, But don't try to feed us Nevada could, just not happening.

Nevada is a matchup problem for anyone and they would have a great chance considering how similar of an offense they run to Oregon. It's a bit more similar to Auburn's but ultimately they provide many of the same looks. Oregon is beating up on the Pac-10 so I think Nevada would have a great chance of doing the same.

You can keep on trying to convince yourself of this, but you can't convince anyone knowledgeable here ! This Nevada team is getting exposed as a fraud just like Utah did by TCU, these teams just aren't that good. Big deal they beat Cal at home, most teams do that this year.

You call them a fraud yet you cling to your 1-point win over a Cal team that missed a late field goal as evidence of Oregon's greatness. It doesn't work both ways when Nevada beat Cal by 20+. Make up your mind buddy.
