Have a neutral party control the buzzer....every time one of them lies.....BUZZ....

Although with Clintons health condition, she may not make it past her opening statement.

Lie detector would be great. According to politifact ....Trump lies about 90 percent of the time he speaks. That needle would shoot off the stage.

And yet he still trails Hillary, pretty unbelievable.
