St Louis and the Mets both had golden opportunities to score in the first. However Pulholz hit a rocket that was snared and turned into a double play. Mock was giving free passes in the first but the Mets were swinging away on 3-0 3-1 counts at balls out of the zone. They did have a chance with Wright batting but he hit a line drive caught in the outfield. Both games had multiple scores in the 2nd but that did us no good. Definite bad breaks but that's how it goes with this prop.
Day 6 of MLB complete.
Score in the first inning today went 5-10

For the season 32-30
AL 15-15
NL 17-15

Teams that have a multiple streak in runs scored in first inning:

Teams on a multiple 0 trend:

San Fran (4)
St Louis (3)
So we can see there is only 1 team in all of MLB that is scoring consistently in the first inning and 4 teams of streaks of 3 or more that aren't scoring. In thinking of the starting lineups for Atlanta and St. Louis it's quite surprising and the same can be said for Boston and NY.
Something has to give and it may all happen Saturday.
This is where the above information comes in hand. Some tough matchups tomorrow pitching wise but I see a few that should produce some runs early.
Will post in the morning so for now, digest the information.
On a side note, I welcome replies and invite you to comment. Just don't post your selections in my thread.
