Probably because Obama is a expert in constitutional law & stuff!

According to the opinion by Judge Arthur Schwab, the president’s policy goes “beyond prosecutorial discretion” in that it provides a relatively rigid framework for considering applications for deferred action, thus obviating any meaningful case-by-case determination as prosecutorial discretion requires, and provides substantive rights to applicable individuals. As a consequence, Schwab concluded, the action exceeds the scope of executive authority.

There are dozens more of these suits.

This one isn't difficult to figure out.

Someone show me where in the Constitution the words "health care" appear...or which section(s) grant either Congress or the POTUS the authority to require Americans to purchase a good or service. Find either, and I'll wire you $10k on the spot.

I don't give a fuck what the Supreme Court ruled on this...if it is not spelled out within the enumerated powers, then the government does not have the Constitutional authority to do it. It really is that simple.

: "We cannot have a society in which some dictator someplace can start imposing censorship in the United States." Obama actually said this concerning the NK & Sony fiasco.

Here's a guy who censored the voters who gave him a beating in the recent election a & unconstitutionally bypassed congress
to implement his pet projects through executive orders acting in a dictatorial fashion, & without even blushing points an accusitory
finger at those use the same methods.

With all due respect, so what?

Exactly.

If the SCOUTS struck down Obamacare, he would simply ignore it.

This pathetic song and dance will continue until enough people summon the moral courage to stand up and resist.

What will it take? I have no idea...but I've been patiently waiting.

[h=1]Judge Hanen: Sanctions possible in Obama immigration action[/h]
BROWNSVILLE (AP) — The Justice Department might face sanctions if a federal judge determines its attorneys misled him about whether part of President Barack Obama's executive action on immigration was implemented prior to it being put on hold by the judge.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen last month halted Obama's plan. The president's plan would spare from deportation up to 5 million people in the U.S. illegally.
At a court hearing Thursday in Brownsville, a Justice Department attorney apologized to Hanen for any confusion after the U.S. government revealed 100,000 individuals were granted three-year reprieves before the injunction.
Hanen didn't seem to buy the explanation, saying the three-year reprieves were part of the contested action.

Obama will ignore the ruling, but anyway:

There were few positive signs for the White House Friday as President Barack Obama’s latest executive actions on immigration were debated in front of a federal appeals court.
During more than two hours of oral arguments before the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in New Orleans, Obama’s own statements about his immigration moves were used by a Republican-appointed judge to put a Justice Department lawyer on the defensive.
...
By the time the court session wrapped up, it appeared likely the appeals judges will rule, 2-1, against the administration’s request for a stay of a district court injunction barring Obama from going forward with an expansion of a program offering quasi-legal status to illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children and with a new program offering the same benefits to illegal immigrant parents of U.S. citizens.

You already know the answer to this, Gas.

Today's dimocraps view the Stuttering Clusterfuck as their get out of jail free card. They no longer have to hide their disdain and contempt for everything America stands for...because he's one of them! They are repulsed by the American way of life. That's why he wants to "fundamentally transform" the country...remember?

It isn't that they don't see it...quite the opposite. They see it and want to destroy it.
