firefox problem?

Since the purchase of my new computer I have not been able to view certain media displays. It constantly asks to install missing plugins and that still doesn't fix the problem.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Uninstall Firefox, then Download it again...Step by Step

No need to uninstall...just click on missing plug-in and it will install it for you...it will ask you to close and re-open firefox...
