my friends have informed me that enough time has gone by and i agree.for you doubters out there let it be known that i got off the phone with scotty who works for olympic sports[the greek]and he has taken off the suspension on my account.my hat go's off to him,thank you scotty for understanding the facts,i know my money is safe with the greek. i will now tell all about these sports books i have dealt with starting with bet us.com.i first talked to robert the head guy over there.i told him that my balance was incorrect and he said that they only take $200wps and $50exotics.i replied that i had bet a $500 win parly last week at n.y. and gulfstream and you accepted the wager.he said of course we do from the big tracks.i said yes but i checked on two occasions with your horse department and they told me you take $500wps and $500 exotics on finger lakes race track.i did not max out my limits at bet us and they indeed took my wagers.robert told me to call back in a half hour.i called back and he said your acct. has been closed due to manipulating the pools and we can't tell you what will happen to your acct.i then went through a half hour of trying to reason with him and got nowhere.i then told him that i had a very big balance before i bet the horse.(ive had the acct. for 2 years)i had gotten the sizeable balance by betting sports.robert then told me that the funds prior to the horse bet had also been closed.i asked why those and all i got from him was call back later.i have talked to him twice since then and gotten nowhere.today they told me he was on vacation.i will never stop calling.bet us owns omni sportsbook which is another book i opened an acct. with.robert went out of his way to tell me that the acct. at omni was also closed.i had bet well less than my limits with the omni acct.robert seems to believe that i was trying to open two accounts with bet us, when what i was trying to do was have two seperate accts. one at each place.robert was very unreasonable and very much a pain in the ass. he knew very little and lacked tons of knowledge in the field of thorobred horse racing. bottom line,they accepted the bets so honor them. i would stay away from this place for they change thier rules after they take your wagers. its a bunch of crap when a book tangles with your legitimate winnings. the next two books i would stay away from because of statements made in a very unprofessional manor. mr. nate evans who either owns or manages payoffs plus and first fidelity sports book had many things to say to me. i called saturday 4/17 and got bombarded verbally by this guy. mr. evans told me that i was going to jail,we are not paying this, your trainer(shes not my trainer)will never have a licence again,and he even went out of his way to tell me that we doped the horse and fixed the race. i would say those are pretty serious allegations to be saying. i talked to this guy twice and he eventually he told me he was going to do what the other books do.if he has any mortality at all he will realize who is in the wrong here. i called him thursday 4/22 and his customer service dept. said he was golfing and would be back on saturday. lets talk about triple crown race book.they credited my acct. after the race and then suspended it on sunday 4/18. i asked why and they told me i have to speak with david.i called the book four straight days and everytime david is out of the office,can i take a message. you would think by now a race book that specializes in horse racing could clear this thing up, especially in a weeks time. i have heard nothing from david and i feel im getting the high hard one. executive sports book, i believe is owned by hollywood. they have suspended my acct. but at least did it in a courteous way telling me so. the not so courteous part is that my acct. is still suspended and i was only able to talk with a manager once. i will call back again tomorrow. oasis sports book, they suspended my acct. on sunday 4/18. i talked to wilson,who runs the show over there. he had told me that vegas wasnt paying the race. we all no thats not true.then he told me his service in vegas didnt pay the race. what does that mean, your guess is as good as mine. wilson is still waiting for the test to come back which , they already have; negative royal sports, heres a good one,they suspend my acct. on sunday 4/18. i have called back everyday since and i get the same thing. they put me on hold and i hear this recording saying welcome to the #1 sportsbook in the industry, we appreciate your call, were proud to have you as a customer, if you have any questions feel free to ask,(and here is the kicker) your satisfaction is our top priority, we will get to you as soon as humanly possible. well after all of that i was told i have speak with kenneth. i call and hes never there. gold medal,this is where jake and tommy reside. my acct. is suspended and jake is still waiting for test results. the results are in negative.... empress sports book, and sportsbook.com i have an acct. at each place and they did credit my acct. until monday, when both accts. were suspended. my partner who has had an acct. with empress for well over a year,said they told him the owner said the race was fixed and to call back in 30 days.30 days osga supports these guys.(i did forget to mention that these two books are owned or managed together) in 30 days i might be dead,who knows? i then called empress and they told me they explained everything to my partner who has his own seperate acct. empress also said to talk to my partner to get an explanation of the conversation they had. they could'nt tell me themselves. global wager, i tried to put my wagers on he's vivid online through this book, but i could not, so i called them in. i spoke with eric and as he's taking my bets he's complaining to me about the horse racing industry in general. at the end of the call he says to me, we'll see how this one does.he says that very sarcastically, and at no time did he refuse the bets. so i call on saturday and he tells me my acct. is closed, and were not even sending you your deposit back. he then tells me that my voice makes him sick and hangs up the phone on me. this guy is a absolute garbage pail. action bet, i cant believe this place.

They "only" take $200 wps??? At FINGER LAKES??? They screwed themselves here because they shouldn't have been taking bets of over 50 bucks at that track. I guess the test to become a bookie nowadays is a head xray to verify that there's a 5 pound bag of rocks in there.

Is this in some way unethical, having inside information? I believe that when Azeri ran as a first time starter, she won and paid nearly $20.00. Obviously her connections would have realized how talented she was before she even ran. The people who made the bets probably just looked at the competition in that crap race at Finger Lakes and knew that they could make a killing because the horse was running against the worst dogs at the track! And He's Vivid did have a very decent workout before, so I'm astonished that the books would even think the race was fixed. I hope they do the right thing. I'm suprised at some of the good books that are refusing to pay, several of them are ones that I bet with and have had only good experiences. I can't believe the one book that said that they don't offer Finger Lakes when it clearly states on the website that they do! Unbelievable!
I'm disgusted with the whole situation. The books should definitely pay if they took the bets. They should have figured out that something was up or that someone had some pretty good information on this horse when a person opened a new account just to bet large amounts of money on a first time starter at Finger Lakes.

I would like to thank Royal Sports (and Uncle Butternuts) for crediting my acct. I would also like to say that Eric from Millenium cut me a deal. He combined the accts. from Gibalter,Infinity, and Millenium to make 1 acct. The catch is I have to wager the total amt. of my balance before I can take a payout. A one time rollover. I wasn't crazy about it , but will deal w/it. That's the only 2 changes to the earlier list. I did call Triple Crown twice and David was out of the office both times. Nate from F.F, P.P is out till today...I will call by "buddy" Nate today. I talked with Oasis who told me they are NOT paying...I will make arrangements to get my deposit back. I did not talk to Wilson but will call him everyday till I get some results. I called Empress and still got "I don't know what to tell you sir". There has to be something that can be done to contact a owner of Empress or Betus-Omni. This is a bunch of shit I'm getting from these places. What is the difference if drugs were involved the official sign was posted mutuels must be paid why these books think they can make up there rules getting to look like Vegas official means official if there is a problem it will be dealt with trainer jockey owner but not the bettors how many lose that no ones knows about
