I played Duke, $22 to win $20

They were up 12 at half and were comfortably up 15-18 the rest of the game.

I declared it a winner and went onto the second chase which started with Cincinnati, who lost.

As of now I am 1-0 and on my second leg of my second chase.

Martingale Record: 1-0 +$20
All Picks Record: 1-1 -0.05 units

I will look primarily at NBA tonight to find something I like. Might not play today if nothing fits the criteria.

You are completely missing the point...he is looking for value where people assume there isn't any.

If anything you have helped confirm his pick...just sayin. :toast:

He may be right though... the people I learned how to bet from kill the other sports and can't beat the NBA... it's the one league I'm not up on this year... numbers can be in your favor and you'll still lose.

Nothing worse than making a pick, then seeing the line move against you hours later and ruining your selection... Pistons closed at +4 (-110) or +3.5 (-105) and killed all value so this selection was a miss regardless of the results.

With this method, don't you think you should wait until closer to gametime to make your selections? Seems like the line can move too much thus making your rules 3 and 4 not applicable anymore. Just my 2 cents. I've been following your picks for awhile now and love your style. GL with all your future picks!

Still don't understand the concept.

Are you increasing your bet seven times in a row regardless? Do you only go to the next step if you win? If you lose?

Please explain.

Hey just stumbled upon your thread. It's funny you have started this thread. I've been doing something almost similar to this since the beginning of January and it has worked out pretty well. Starting with only a 20 dollar bet and so on. I do not use sports insights though. I've been using scoresandodds.com and taking the top public bet and fading it. Now I've tweaked it a little bit and instead of having a bet everyday, I wait to see the top public bet the first day after I close a bet. If the public hits, then I fade the next three days until it hits. If they lose the first one, I will follow the next three. It has worked up until now, but I'm sure it can't work forever. Any insights?

Yesterday, I followed with the suns -2.5 since the day before that the public lost betting on Georgia Tech. Today is Villanova. I will probably stay away and watch the action and then tomorrow see what happened.

Yes, normally I wait until 10-15 minutes before gametime, however I was busy last afternoon/early evening so I had to post it earlier.

Still don't understand the concept.

It is a chase system. I play the game, if it loses I double down next. I keep doubling down 7 times and if I lose the 7th bet I lose the bankroll.
