I think Memphis will be tested in the 2nd round. They may advance, but I don't think it will be a cakewalk against (MD or CAL).

Final 4: Villanova, Louisville, Unc, Mizzou

Upsets: Cleveland St over Wake

Arizona over Utah

WKU over Illinois

Sleeper team: Like Syracuse, look back in 2003 a lot of schools don't see the 2-3 zone a lot especially in the Big 12

Like Michigan as well

WVU , Gonzaga, & Washington going to win a few rounds... not sure if there are many sleepers this year. Atleast how the seeds have been laid out. IMO

VILLANOVA will NOT be going to the final four. NEXT YEAR IS THEIR YEAR. they might not make it to the sweet 16. IMO

Next year Taylor King will make a big difference IMO for nova.

The West seems wide open as I don't believe UCONN is good enough without Dyson or Memphis is really that good. I think Purdue could make a run if they can knock off Washington in the second round.

agree with you... that region is weak.

Uconn has yet to really impress me without dyson.

I saw memphis twice this year live..and felt they weren't a very good team.

However, I don't feel Purdue is much better than either one of those teams

I think Mizzou has just a good enough chance as the rest of them.

It's hard to believe the selection committee feels that each bracket has equal weight in good teams. The East is loaded as is the South and Midwest.

I would think if UConn was the last No.1 seed, they should have had the tougher time of the other 3 1 seeds

Mizzou could make a run but I don't really trust them because I haven't seen them play much and I know they've gotten waxed several times, by kansas, kansas st., illinois, and texas a & m recently. Definitely a difficult region to pick.

Nice to see a few of you touting my alma mater Vikings. I'm really curious to see what that line will be against Wake (I'll guess Wake -8, but I'm hoping it's much higher). I hope CSU doesn't lose some of their intensity during their week off, but if they play the kind of defense they have been for the last few weeks, there could be some real value there. And if the Vikings do beat Wake, they have a real legit shot at making the sweet 16.

Think Utah St. could give Marquette a game...a story of two teams kind of going in opposite directions. Utah St. won 30 games this year while Marquette went on a terrible losing streak at the end of the year.

Definitely agree with Hamboner...I can see Michigan St. being one of the few teams who gets sent home early. Right now, I'd probably take either BC or SC against them.

I wouldn't be floored if Texas A&M managed to beat UConn in round 2.

Might the Michigan-Clemson winner give the Sooners some trouble in the second round?

I'm picking Louisville as my national champion. Think this is the year they finally pull it all together.

I like the following
VCU over UCLA
Siena over Ohio State
Minny over Texas
Utah State over Marquette

could see WVA & Villanova getting to the elite 8

Missouri struggles from the foul line, I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually bites them in the ass. Although I'm not sure if UConn or Memphis are much better.

I have seen two bracket configurations so far for the final four.

#1: Midwest vs West and East vs South.
#2: South vs West and East vs Midwest

Which one is correct?

Thanks
