fetus rights?

I still see or know nothing that tells any of us at which point a fertilised egg becomes a human with rights.

Its a belief, whichever way you look at it, until the moment of birth.

I'm neither pro nor anti btw, cos I dont have a clue, cos its a belief thing.

speeding because i'm late for work may be a bad analogy. my point is that either a fetus is a person with rights or it is not. assuming it is a person with rights, to kill that fetus is to murder a human being. the circumstances surrounding the murder may make one inclined to be merciful to the murderer but, it doesn't change the fact that a murder took place.

i'm not calling you out judge...i'm not sure what you believe about this. just making a point.

i know this will probably not be a popular opinion but, i believe that certain things are absolute. some say life begins at conception, some say it begins at birth. sounds like eek would say that neither is absolutely true since it is a matter of opinion. i believe that it is not a matter of opinion and that one of the two options is correct and one is incorrect.

either life begins at conception or it does not. i believe it does. i am either right or wrong. i cannot be neither.
