Best of luck Barman. You be her source of strength and positivity during this difficult time, and we will be it for you. I'm sure all will turn out for the best.

B'man--Thanks for letting me know about SheBar. My prayers are with you both.

Depending on my sked tonight while I am in Tampa, I will give you a call and maybe we can meet up so you can get a few minutes to get away and clear your mind. Obviously, if you can't I fully understand. Unfortunately, I'm out of Tampa tomorrow afternoon, so it's only a short stay.

Here's to a speedy recovery for your wife.

Artie, if you take him out for wings make him take a bib and an extra shirt. He's a messy one.
Steve, good luck Friday and call when you can. I'll be expecting good news buddy. Give her a good luck hug for me. :103631605

Actually yes, thanks

First five nights drove the 40 miles (each way) back to Clearwater to sleep about eight hours, feed water dog 2 cats & a cavy & then return to spend all day.

On Monday created a boilerplate letter which I distriuted to the 40 customers who will see service delayed between Jan 3 unyil at least Jan 20.....Did pets in mid afternoon and now I'm staying overnight up until surgery morning. Following an expected 5-6 hour op, I will see her for maybe 15 min after which I will head home for both that night & following (at hospital in day)

Third day after she should be back in this private ward and I will again revert to hospital mid afternoon/overnight/morning,,,,,with house & pets during an afternoon break.

Finally, some five to seven days post op she will be discharged here and relocated back across the Bay nearer to our home where she will live at a physicl rehab joint for 10-14 days. At that time I expect to go back to work full time days

I'm from the government and I'm here to help

Thanks Bruce

The expected 5 to 6 hrs for the triple bypass took four hours

SheBar is now back in CVICU and the breathing tube has been removed. That means they have her sitting in a chair to assure her own breathing back to 100%

Everything after 12noon today (Friday) will be unremembered by her so I've returned to Clearwater for much needed 8-10 hrs sleep & will return Saturday AM

stay tuned & thanks again for the continued attentive well wishes & inquiries

Bardawg...I just saw this thread!
My thoughts and prayers are with you and Shebar.Sounds like things are looking up from your last post.Pretty intense time.
People I know that have had that procedure end up feeling better than they have in years.Let her know the hard part is over and she'll much better in time.
Good luck bro.
