Obama followers (not all Democrats -- objectivity is something I've been trying to teach him, albeit with little success) simply lack the ability to separate themselves from the herd and think for themselves. Like cows, they've been led to the slaughter. Follow the script, swallow, repeat. It's not his fault, it's the fault of the system....one obviously designed and implemented by the vile, dishonest, and reprehensible Republicans, the mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging, scum of the earth. How DARE they oppose a first term Senator with no true leadership experience, an important requirement for the head of the Executive Branch. "BUT HE'S SO INTELLIGENT AND CHARISMATIC," the Democrats holler, as if those were prerequisites for making important decisions as President. We cannot fault AK because this philosophy is so ingrained in his mind as part of the mandatory 2007 Obama indoctrination orientation.
