That's what happens when you're owned by the Russian mob. You don't get to retire I guess.

He was like -1800 wasn't he?

Yes, and he lost IMO. Fight should've been stopped in the first easily. Fedor even went out. Then in the second, Maldanado decides to stop fighting?!? Rigged and still about couldn't save him...

in in better news, on the same card, the best heavyweight in the world (could use a little better cardio)IMO, Vitaly Minakov, won by first round armbar.

he was -900 and totally lost ... He was put to sleep 2 times in round 1 (the ref was Never going to step in)

and like matty and the announcer said ... Maldanado stopped fighting after round 1

Typical shitshow

Got to give him credit in that first round. Dude sitting on top of him and just pounding him with about 50 blows straight on to his head.

Don't follow this shit too much, but would like to see Velazquez/Fedor. Would also like to see him get a trainer for fuck's sake. He could drop 15-20 pounds of fat and be incredibly more fast, efficient and powerful.

Credit for what? More like he should give credit to the ref for not stopping it, although I'm sure he was already well compensated. :)

fedor has no business in the UFC. He wasn't even the best Hvyweight on the card tonight as Vitaly Minakov would destroy him.

Fighters get old and that what happens...guys that are HW's are the first to fall. Guys like JJones are garbage for the sport because he won't fight in his own division. It's a joke what the UFC has become. Guys like Fedor, Henderson, AA, Chuck, and a few others all were in the prime of the UFC/Pride.

I can agree that you're right. No doubt about it. I was referring to taking those shots like a fucking man. If you could lay there and not get knocked unconscious after all those blows, I'd tip my hat to you as well.

Was the ref on the fix? Aint no doubt.
