On to Saturday. Love getting up in the morning, knocking back a few cups of coffee, college game day on the tv and handicapping my Saturday card. I've found that over the years, pegging 3-4 solid plays works best for me. Pegging one large bet and the others to supplement.
Louisville -25.5 1620/1500
I've had this game pegged for a month or two now. I think Brohm will get Purdue going in the right direction eventually but with only 5 returning starters on offense and 6 on D, to say this is a massive stress test for Purdue is an understatement. I expect to see them struggle on D big time with Ville's team speed and trying to contain Lamar Jackson.
What better way to get the nasty taste of the last 3 games of the season out of the Card's mouth than to boat race an underwhelming Purdue squad? I think they do just that.
Ville's tt over 47 is also a solid play. I expect them in the 50's here.
Should have a couple more sprinkled in through out the day today.
