My local has North Dakota state -15 against South Dakota who is awful... But on North Dakota state

I'm seeing -16 now. Do you still like it at that number? How bad is South Dakota? I know nothing about these teams, but I think playing games off the radar might be the way to go today?

SDSt ain't that awful - they beat UNI, something the Bison were not able to do (their single loss). Still I think Bison roll. Also look at Villanova and maybe Montana? Grizz are red hot but have never won on EWash inferno field. First time for everything?
