I havent seen anything to confirm this yet ( I heard the same thing though). This might just be rumor, a guy from the St. Petersburgh times was on Sportscenter and he said nothing, youve gotta figure he would know about htis and mention it

Garcia strained his calf and hasn't practiced the past few days.

There's been talk about the Bucs either releasing or trying to trade Garcia IF they do end up getting Favre.

I don't think they would get much in return for him on a trade though.
