The Palm at Caesers. Binoins Steakhouse used to be the best and most reasonable in town, but with change of ownership don't know now. Binion used the cattle from his Montana ranch and then slowly aged the meat. At one time they didn't even put steak knives on the table. Best I ever ate.

The Steakhouse at Circus is very good indeed. I'd also recommend the Golden Steer on Sahara. Billy Bob's at Sam's Town is also very good, as is Twin Creeks at the Silverton.

I guess being a local will make me navigate to the off strip places where you get great food for a better price. I like Billy Bob's at Sam's Town, Twin Creeks at Silverton, Carmel Room at the Rampart and Michael's at Southpoint. All of these 4 match up well with any on the strip.

I've been to Gallighers in NYNY, and I enjoyed the Steakhouse feel atmosphere. The lack of that is scaring me away from Delmonicos, feels more like a fine dinning date venue.

I think Ill try Craftsteak this coming trip
