Are you trying to say that Ohio State is NOT a renegade program like Miami, Alabama, etc.??? If that's what you're saying then you are correct.

Concerning Clarett:

Is he high maintenance???

Did he screw up???

Yes

Is he wrong for wanting to go to the NFL and leave the abject poverty that he grew up in???

He's actually an intelligent kid (3.5 HS GPA and 1220 SAT score would have gotten him into ND, Stanford, Duke, etc.).

I just hope he gets his act together before his college career and his stock as an NFL player go down the drain.

the ONLY way clarett got 1220 on his SAT is if you add the score from both times he took it. i'd sooner bet on the bungals winning the super bowl this year than maurice getting 1220 on ONE sat!

You're right, the 3.5 GPA and the 1220 SAT were probably not correct because it was reported by the same media that is now trying to tear him down.

You IDIOTS can't have it both ways. You choose to believe the "dirt" that is being spread around about MoC (i.e. that ridiculous and slanderous NY Times Article) but you choose to discount the positives like a 1220 SAT score and 3.5 GPA as untrue.

Ohio State had a Big 10-leading 27 Players last season that made Academic All Big 10 but I haven't read one article about that. I guess that's the price we must pay for being on top of the football world - EVERYBODY is trying to take us down.
