Guys, I know I'm not the smartest tool in the shed but I always figured it would be a great thing if fast food people make 15.00 an hour as it would just be an incentive to increase everyone else pay at other jobs (and maybe get more qualified and educated people working there). People at other jobs could use the fast food industry salary increase to bump their own pay salary. It is not like fast food industry will all of a sudden be a more skilled job than a customer service rep or a customer service manager.
Our salaries have barely increased over the years while the cost of living keeps going up. So why not have a catalyst to jump start everybody elses salary?
Just my thought on that matter.
