Playoff time is here! I have some early thoughts on these games.
KC/Indy- The line movement in the KC/Indy game is interesting. I can see why both teams are getting love from the forum. KC has a great running back and efficient passing game. Their Defense & Special Teams are great & capable of big plays. KC has lost 5 of their last 7 games. Indy is at home & Luck has all the tools. They were better when Luck had his fav target to throw to. Indy demolished KC & beat some high powered teams yet lost to teams below their caliber. Vegas knows that John Q. Public likes certain teams & neither one of these teams qualify. BUT Johnny Public tends to take the favorite. Still figuring out this game & I'm tempted to go against the line movement & take INDY.
NO/Philly - NO is a public team & I'm sure many betters will love to take them as a 2.5 pt dog (hell..I am). Brees hasn't been great on the road, outside in the playoffs. They have all the weapons but their D isn't a world beater. Philly is a fun team to watch. Great RB, big play WR & a QB that can't get it done w/out turning the ball over. The Philly D has improved as the season closed. I'm tempted to take Philly here.
These are not my picks yet but are leans right now. This year hasn't been my best & part of me wants to just tease both dogs up & assume they don't lose by more than a TD.
Thoughts?
