honestly I think his floor is higher then most of the top backs.
Lacy fat
AP old
Bell injuries/off the field problems
Forte old
charles injuries
Gurley Injuries

Every single top back besides Elliot has huge question marks.

Agree with all. although lacy isn't fat anymore and AP isn't human but that's neither here nor there

My strategy is to ignore RB until round 3 at earliest but most likely round 5 or 6. My league starts 3 wr and 1 rb

Took ap 3rd overall last year, he had a great year, I missed playoff . Wr are everything in ppr and I learned that the hard way in my first year doing it.

No, RB that catch a lot of balls out of the backfield are everything in PPR. That's why AP is fool's gold in PPR. That's also maybe why you shouldn't be ignoring Freeman, guy was targeted 97 times last year and didn't even start the year as their RB1.

WR is usually so deep, and the dropoff between tier 2 and tier 3 is far slighter than the dropoff at the RB position.

The Bengals last year were a throwing team inside the 10 not a running team

Taking Hill that high was like taking a Patriots back and complaining when Gronk gets the 3 yard TD pass

I get that, one of the many reasons I pegged him as a bust before the season

What are we arguing about exactly?

are they really predicting David Johnson to go in the 1st rd?

Yes, he's one of the few true every down backs in the NFL, on a team that was in the top third of the league in rushing attempts and rushing TD last year.

At least that's the plan for him. He's unproven over a full season, but that plan alone merits him being in the top tier of RB, given how much RBBC goes on these days. At least that's the logic.

And Cardinals Org has said they only expect him to get about 60% of the carries. The direction this league is heading, it's simply mind blowing how anyone could take a RB in round 1 anymore in ppr

WR's are flourishing. The bell cow RB no longer exists outside of 1 or 2 guys

The cowboys would be bat shit crazy to run Elliot into the ground in his first year. Reports are saying he will get over 300 carries. Could be true, but not worth the first round risk imho

Supposedly Leveon Bell is looking better than ever

And steelers are saying they will have him week 1. If that were true, this guy is probably the ONLY RB I would take ahead of a wr in round 1.

Thanks for the updates fellas. I am way behind on fantasy news this year. Only a few weeks left to catch up on everything.

I like Johnson, originally was hoping to get him in rds 3-5. Looks like that won't be happening.

I was way off on my MVP prediction last year with Eddie Lacy. I didn't know he had become a fat cow last off season.

But I was dead on with my bust predition in Jeremy hill

Guy was ranked in the top 20 of all RBs in fantasy scorers.....dead on?

Jeremy Hill was absolutely a bust considering where he was drafted. Look at where he is going this year.

mind boggling that guys are trying to say that he was not a bust

Just arguing with me for the sake of arguing is all
