Fantasy Hockey Update.....

THE League is on Yahoo.com
It is a Head to Head league--which means you play against an opponent each week. Your players accumulate 1 point by winning different categories each week. Examples--goals/assists/plus-minus/GAA/PP goals. I have chosen 14 but we can trim it down and discuss.
It will be a LIVE draft. If the draft is before 9/29 then it starts then or if we draft later then it starts 10/13 which is my thought. Only games missed are the opening weekend.
Cost only $10--pay out $120 to the overall winner

Please post ALL questions/thoughts in here. Post that you are CONFIRMED and the best day of the week/time for draft. If someone cant make the draft you can prerank players.

The draft will be BEFORE the 13th--before real play begins in the US--like on the 4th or 5th I am thinking. PLayers would BEGIN accumulating stats on the 13th

FTR...Weekend draft is cool with me but I need something after at least 1 or 2 on Sat. Or anytime Sunday. For that matter anytime after 2 during the week as well.

I have a Yahoo league set up and a draft date secured BUT someon alerted me that ESPN has free live scoring and is much improved at NO cost + daily moves. My wife who plays every year is checking it out as we speak..I am not going to mess around with trying 2 find 2 more guys. If we get 2 more by this afternoon fiine-if not we go with 10!!
